Featuring an opening parade, urban metamorphoses, major exhibitions at the Tripostal, the Gare Saint Sauveur and many partner cultural venues throughout Lille Eurodistrict and the Hauts-De-France region, shows, gardens, design, debates and new events.
For this edition, lille3000 has opted for a Spring/Summer programme making use of outdoor spaces and giving visitors the opportunity to explore the region during the sunny season. In addition to exhibitions and shows, Eldorado, will continue to explore new worlds and will extend significantly throughout all of metropolitan Lille and into the Region.

History abounds in examples of peoples pinning their dreams to places beyond the horizon. However, none of these places has ever had the expressive strength of Eldorado.
This Spanish name stirs up images of the European “Age of Discovery”, the glory of a nascent sixteenth century that saw Hernán Cortés and Francisco Pizarro succeed Christopher Columbus, and quest turn into conquest.
