The Galerie de la Méditerranée is Mucem's semi-permanent exhibition space. From December 9, 2020, its first section will host a new presentation: "The Great Mezzé".  From field to plate, this journey reveals and questions the traditional culinary skills of the Mediterranean to globalized restaurant chains.
