Created in 2014 by Laurent Dumas, chairman of the supervisory board of the Emerige Group, the Emerige Revelations Grant is aimed at visual artists, regardless of their practice, aged under 35 years, French or living in France, and not represented by a professional gallery. This year, the work of the 12 finalists, chosen from nearly 1,000 submissions, will be presented in a group exhibition designed by curator Gaël Charbau. Chosen by a jury composed of personalities from the art world, the winner, whose name will be announced on 17 October 2023, will receive professional support, a workshop for one year at La Ruche and an overall grant of 15,000 euros to create their first solo exhibition.
On the tenth year of the Revelations, the Nathalie Obadia gallery has committed itself to this year’s future winner.
