Closed since the start of the constructionworks, l'Institut pour la photographie continues its activities outside its walls. Invited by the City of Lambersart to present an exhibition at the Colysée, the Institut designed a project which brings together a selection of photos from 8 winners of the "Grand Commande" from the Hauts-de-France region.département de la Seine-Saint-Denis).
