"Pollen" is the third narrative in the collection, following Tour du jour en quatre-vingts mondes and Amour Systémique. Through a selection of recent and historical works, Pollen reflects on our relationship with our environments—particularly natural ones—and their organisms: plants, animals, and even minerals.
The exhibition Pollen explores whether the experience of art can help us observe our environment more closely or, at the very least, encourage us to see it—and thus conceive it—“differently.” This question gains urgency in a time when the abundance of scientific discourse, journalistic output, and documentaries on contemporary ecological crises seems to have a limited impact on collective awareness. What kinds of narratives can transform our relationship with nature? What forms can simultaneously shift our perspective on the world and reframe how we exist within it?
